Logistics: 

1. Travel (click on the links related):  

   1. Get to Middletown by air: Stewart International Airport is 30 min away from Middletown NY. Alternatively, you may also book flights to JFK, LGA or EWR Airport and then take trains to Middletown. EWR Airport in New Jersey is the closest to Middletown.

   2. Get to Middletown NY from New York City by train.

   3. Get to Middletown NY by car.

2. Accommodations:

   1. Hotel Recommendations: Oct 7-9 is a holiday weekend with many local events. The hotels in this area are getting booked out very fast.  And it will be a sold-out weekend for hotels here, no hotel will offer group rate or discounts. Please book your hotel ASAP using priceline or Expedia or Hotels.com.

   2. If you would like to stay in a practitioner’s home, please fill out this request form. There is no guarantee of granting this request as this is determined by local practitioners’ capacity.

3. The Symposium will have virtual presentations for certain sessions. No audio or video recording will be allowed during the conference without prior approval.

4. Dress code:

   1. Business casual on Friday and Sunday

   2. Business formal on Saturday

5. Meals:

   1. Meals will be prepared by Feitian College Dining Facility for a nominal fee.
